When you join the launch list, we collect your email address. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, your location, or your garden details until you create an account in the app itself.

We send you a single email when the app is live. We may send one follow-up if you have not opened the first email. After that, you are off the list unless you have created an account in the app.

• We do not sell your email address.
• We do not share your email with partners, advertisers, or affiliates.
• We do not include your address in any newsletter, digest, or roundup.
• We do not enroll you in marketing automation.

When the app is live, this section will expand to cover what the app collects: your account email, your garden setup (zone, beds), your identifications (photos, species results, intelligence payloads), and any opt-in features like public verdict pages. Photographs are stored privately by default and never shared without an explicit per-card opt-in.

Request your data, request deletion, or unsubscribe at any time by emailing privacy@friendorfoe.garden. We respond within 7 days.
